Refund Policy

1. Free courses
Free self-paced courses have no payment attached, so no refund applies.
2. Paid courses and live consultations
If you've purchased a course or booked a consultation, you can request a full refund any time before the scheduled date of your first class or consultation.
Once the scheduled date has passed, or at least one class or session has been attended, the refund is no longer automatically available.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@kaleemullahnaik.com with your booking details before your scheduled date. We'll confirm and process it from there.
4. Payment processing
Payments for paid courses are processed through Polar. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Polar, and are also subject to Polar's own payment and refund terms.
5. Exceptions
Outside of the window above, refunds aren't automatic — but if something on our end goes wrong, like a session not happening as booked, reach out and we'll sort it out directly.
