These terms govern your use of Kaleemullah Naik ("we", "us", "this platform"), operated by Kaleemullah Naik. By creating an account, browsing a course, or booking a live session, you agree to these terms.
1. Who this is for
The platform is open to anyone who wants to learn Artificial Intelligence, Web Design, SEO, or Ecommerce, whether through free self-paced courses or paid live mentorship.
2. Free and paid courses
Free courses are self-paced and available without payment. Paid access covers live, one-on-one mentorship booked directly on a calendar. Course materials, recordings, and any content provided are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payments
Payments for paid courses and live sessions are processed through Polar, our payment processor. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
5. Live sessions
Live classes and consultations are scheduled through Cal.com. Please join on time — sessions are built around your specific goals for that call, and arriving late reduces the time available to work through them.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes — a job, a certain income, or a fixed result — from any course or session. What's offered is real instruction and direct feedback; what you build with it depends on the work you put in.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, curriculum, and materials belong to Kaleemullah Naik unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to use what you learn in your own work — you're not permitted to resell or republish the course materials themselves.
7. Refunds
Refunds for paid courses and consultations are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that misuses the platform, shares login access, or redistributes paid course content without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Kaleemullah Naik's business is based.
